Perform the following numbered alterations sequentially:
1. Repeal rule 1135 (The RFN Jukebox.)
2. Enact the following rule, numbered 1135, titled 'The RFN Jukebox'.
***
The RFN Jukebox is an unownable entity. It contains a number of records,
which are each entities owned by the Jukebox. Each record has a label,
upon which is printed the name of the song, the album the song is taken
from and the artist who performs the song.
A player may add a record to the Jukebox by paying 25 donuts. When he does so, he must state the song name, the artist, and the album to be printed on the label. Armed with this information, the Jukebox will manufacture for itself a new record; all this will only occur if it can find the song name, album and artist specified at either or both of the websites http://www.cdnow.com/ and http://www.cddb.com/ -- otherwise, it refunds the 25 donuts paid and beeps obnoxiously.
A player may play any record on the Jukebox by paying 10 donuts. When he does so, he must state unambiguously the record he is playing. The specified record begins playing continuously for three days. The Jukebox may play any number of records concurrently, although too many is discouraged as it causes a horrendous din on the mailing list.
While a record is playing, any player may publically post a line from
that song, of at least seven words length. When the record stops
playing, any players who submitted the same line, or lines which
overlap by three or more words, gain 10 biscuits. Non-vegetable
players who did not submit a line gain 5 biscuits. All other players
gain 10 Wise Moon Apples.

At the beginning of every calendar week each of the following steps is

1) A rule numbered less than 10000 is randomly selected. This rule is called "The Rule Which Was Randomly Selected". If The Rule Which Was Randomly Selected is ever simultaneously the Socket, a randomly selected living player dies for no reason at all.
2) A paragraph is randomly selected within The Rule Which Was Randomly Selected.
3) A sentence is randomly selected within that paragraph.
4) The speaker randomly selects a word within that sentence. This word is called the Magic Word. This replaces the previous Magic Word.
If the Magic Word is used in game communications, then the player who used it automagically loses five Donuts to the Donut Warehouse for each use of the Magic Word. The Donut Warehouse keeps these Donuts separate from its other Donuts. It is simply because men rule The Universe.
Upon entering the game, a player may declare herself female if and only if she is female in real life. Upon doing so, the Speaker must call a Hearing to Verify Gender. During a Hearing to Verify Gender, each player may ask the prospective girl one question which the prospective female may or may not answer. After a period of five days, the Speaker shall distribute a list of all the questions submitted and their respective answers, after which the Hearing shall last another three days. appealed) is
considered under appeal. No CFJ may be appealed more than once.
Each time a CFJ comes under appeal, three players are randomly chosen to consider it. These three players are known collectively as the Judiciary until such time as they deliver a final judgement. Only non-Vegetable players, excluding the initiator of the CFJ, its judge and appellant, are eligible to be chosen as members of the Judiciary.
Each member may then return one judgement on that CFJ, including reasoning if desired. If the majority of these judgements correspond, that judgement becomes the final judgement. If they do not, or if it has been three weeks since a change in the membership of the Judiciary, the final judgement is undecided.
When a final judgement has been reached, the original judgement is considered overruled and the final judgement becomes the new judgement.
If at any time one or more of these members becomes a vegetable, a non-player or voluntarily resigns their membership, they lose their membership of the Judiciary and the speaker shall randomly assign a corresponding number of eligible players to become members.
If at any time there are less than three players eligible to form the
Judiciary then the
speaker need not assign players to consider CFJs under appeal until this
situation
changes.
