Radio Free Nomic
Shocks
These were regulated by the rule created by proosal 452, and modified by proosals 473.
You can also read the archives of previous madness, which occured when proosal 510 amended the rule governing cycle wins to remove all the accumulated shocks from the rule (which by then was rule 605). The final archive is up until the time when proosal 597 changed rule 605 to do something totally different (which is also when this page stops).
