Under casting time and cool down time, there are no units. So is it going to be 3 seconds, 3 weeks, or 3 turns? The current rules for spells only specify a default time of 1 turn and none respectively, but not a default unit of measurement. Can I please get an official ruling on what the times would be if the proposal passes as is?
