Any player who has done absolutely no voluntary actions (ie. proposing, buying, voting, etc) for 3 consecutive weeks will be removed from the game. This should hopefully get rid of some of the inactive players who are simply taking up space on the board.

Whenever a proposal is accepted, the player who made the proposal receives a card (in the same manner as receiving a card for rolling doubles).
- Comments: Hopefully we have an incentive for everyone to start making proposals. After all, there's no penalty for making one that is rejected.

All money in the game not going to players or entities in the game will go into the admin bank account. This account will be controlled by the admin and will accumulate until other rules are set forth on how this money shall be used.
- Comments: This brings up a good point... We had a lot of really cool rules in Nomopoly I, many of which never really got used. Feel free to use rules from Nomopoly I if you like.

Square Descriptions
o- Whenever a player lands on a square named Blackjack, that player draws 2 cards, then if they currently own cards totalling exactly 21 they have the option to return these cards to the admin and recieve a 30% bonus to their current money.
o- For the purpose of determining card totals for this rule only, Aces can be either 1 or 11. Face cards are 10.
