If you roll doubles and get multiple moves in a row as a result, you only have to pay rent on the last square you land on.

There now exists a new item in the game, called the Hot Potato. There shall only ever be one Hot Potato in existence, and it shall be created and given to a random player at the beginning of the turn (before any movements), after this proposal is passed.
The Hot Potato cannot be used, voluntarily given away, or altered (unless a proposal is passed saying otherwise).
At the end of each turn, the player possessing the Hot Potato, and each player occupying the same square as that player, losses 5 health. Whenever a player possessing the Hot Potato makes a move, that player losses 1 health after making that move.
After a player possessing the Hot Potato makes a move, that player losses possession of the Hot Potato, and the player "closest" to that player gains possession of the Hot Potato. In the event that multiple players are equally "close" to the current possessor of the Hot Potato, one of these players is chosen at random, and that player gains possession of the Hot Potato.
In the event that the Hot Potato would be destroyed, a random player is given possession of the Hot Potato. In the event that the current holder of the Hot Potato has their user reset, that player gains possession of the Hot Potato after their user is reset.
Definition of closest: To find the closest player to player A, look at the square player A currently occupies. If there is another player on that square, that player is closest to player A. If there is not, look at each successive square until a player is located. That player is closest to player A.

Any player passing over or landing on Square #8 has the option of purchasing Medicine. Medicine costs $150 ($50 of which goes to The Founder). In the event that The Founder purchases Medicine in this manner, a random player will get $50 of The Founder's money. This $50 is in addition to the $150 The Founder pays for Medicine in this manner. By using Medicine, the user gains 10 health. If this causes a player to have more than 100 health, at the end of the turn after the turn during which the Medicine is used, if that player's health is above 100, that player's health becomes 100.

I propose to amend the rule in Section X.4. Player's may trade property(land), items or money with another party or multiple parties as long as all parties are in agreement of this trade. All parties involved will be require to agree to the transaction before it is completed and will email admin confirming these actions. All three listed above (items, property and money) can be traded for any of the others if it is agreed upon by all parties involved.

I propose to amend Section XII, dealing with donuts and antidote shops. I propose that additional donut and antidote shops will be added to the board. Each square number that ends with a "0" will have a donut shop added. And each square that ends in "8" will have antidote shop placed there in order to accomodate the larger board. Note: Square Number refers to the intial square, naming is not included and this does not apply to squares named ending with a "0" or "8".

Two more products have been put up for sale at the Nomopoly General Store:
Paint Thinner: Costs $500. Can be dumped in the same methods as paint (ie. on yourself, your current square, or a player on the same square as you). It removes all color from the target, thereby making it uncolored.
First Aid Kit: costs $250. can be used on yourself or on any player occupying your current square. Increases the health of the target by 20 to a maximum of 100.

If one player owns two or more squares "in a straight line" that are the same color, that player is said to own a block. By "in a straight line" I mean they can be horizontal or vertically in a line on the board, ie. 6-7-8 and 3-18-23 could form blocks, but 9-10-11 could not. (see the board page for the layout of the board)
If you own a block of 2 squares, the amount someone pays you when they land on any square in the block (the 'rent') is doubled.
If you own a block of 3 squares, the rent for all sqaures in the block is multiplied by 4.
If you own a block of 4 or more squares, the rent for all squares in the block is multiplied by 7.
No player may own more than one block of the same color. If by some circumstances a player ends up with two blocks of the same color, he/she must recolor one square in one of the blocks free of charge. This also implies that one square cannot be part of more than one block.

THE BIG FART
In this rule proposal, the big fart will be used as another way of damaging health points. The big fart can be fed chili in small, medium, large or extra large amounts. This will determine how big he will break wind you might say and how much life points he will damage. The Big fart is random in where he will strike next each weeks turn so beware of any unusual smells.
You can buy the chili from the chili mart on squares 16, 20, and 24. You must pass one of these stores in order to buy from them. The prices and weight of the chili are as follows:
Small: $25.00 (2 pounds)
Medium: $50.00 (4 pounds)
Large: $75.00(6 pounds)
Extra large (if you dare):$100.00 (8 pounds)
You can buy and keep up to 10 chili's but you can only feed him up to two chili's per player per turn each week.
Within each weekly turn, the big fart will gas off according to how much weight you feed him in chili. Jeff will be the one to total the amount and will be the one to know what each player fed. The fart ranges are as follows:
1-10 pounds: "infurrating stench", takes 2 health points off any player on the 3 sequential squares going upwards from the one he is on including the one he stands on. (eg. say he is on 1, it would affect 1, 2, and 3.)
11-20 pounds: "Who cut the cheese?" takes 5 health points off any player who is on any five of the sequential squares going upward from the one he is on including the one he stands on.(eg. if he is on 1 it effects 1,2,3,4,5)
21-40 pounds: "The blue flame" takes out 7 health points off any player who is on any of the 7 sequential squares going upwards from the one he is on including the one he stands on.(If on 1, effects 1,2,3,4,5,6,7)
41-60 pounds: "Radioactive fumes" takes out 10 health points to the players who is on one of the nine sequential squares going upwards from the one he is on including the one he is standing on.(eg 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9)
61+ pounds: "The atomic bomb" takes out 12 health points to any player who is on one of the 12 sequential squares goign upwards from the one he is on including the one he is standing on. (eg 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12). If you do end up feeding him this much and have been splashed with paint or there is paint on that square you are standing on and you are within the area of the blast, the big fart will cause the paint to change to the color you want.
