German Onion Pie
- 4 thick slices of bacon (I use 6-8)
- 2 cups diced onions
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup cream
- 1 T flour
- 1 t salt & pepper
Fry until bacon is crisp and onions are clear. Mix together eggs, cream, flour, salt and pepper. Pour into pie shell. Bake 400 degrees F 20-30 minutes.
