- 1 white onion
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 lb mini portabella mushrooms
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp parsley
- 2 tsp salt
- pepper
