Chicken with Herbs de Provence
- 1 whole chicken
- olive oil
- marjoram
- savory
- basil
- rosemary
- thyme
Rub one whole chicken with olive oil. Drizzle oil inside as well. Sprinkle with Herbs de Provence (marjoram, savory, basil, rosemary, thyme) inside and out. Cover and bake at 350F for two hours.
