Belgian Waffle Batter
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbs sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 c all-purpose flour
Beat egg until frothy. Add milk, oil, vanilla. Mix sugar, salt, baking powder, flour. Add to liquid, mix until smooth. Makes enough batter for 4-5 waffles.
