Corn Bread

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl. Add cornmeal, eggs, milk, and softened butter. Mix thoroughly on speed #4 with dough hooks. Do not over-beat. Pour into well greased pan (9"x9"x2"). Bake at 420 deg F. for 20–25 minutes. Serve hot.
