Tucs (VII) transfers

Rule

A player may voluntarily transfer any number of Tucs to any other player for any purpose, by sending a message stating so to the Public Forum, within the following limits:
  1. a player may only transfer a positive, integral number of Tucs;
  2. a player may not transfer more Tucs than he/she currently has.
