It has become clear to me, that in order to ratify Simplex's Constitution, thus declaring the start of our new nation, that I must put my foot down, and put a deadline on ratification. I had hoped to not force the Constitution down, however we cannot delay ratification for a few stragling citizens. Therefore I have set the date of ratification to be: Thursday, September 10, 1998 at 00:00 PDT. This allows us, the people of the future land of Simplex, less than two days to put all final touches on the Constitution.
