The original Rishonomic crashed sometime during Jully/August. On August 27, Uri Bruck, anounced the begining of New Rishonomic. The New Rishonomic initial ruleset inherited a few rules from the last knowable ruleset of the original Rishonomic, since it was generally felt by most Rishonim, that this could be a good idea.
From an address by Rishonomic's First Speaker to the People of Rishonomic:
...that Rishonomic shall truly become First Among Equals - "Rishon Ben Shavim" - and claim its place among other nomics"
