Nah, the game has not restarted, though it was looking highly probable for a
while.  After a quick look through my archives, I managed to come up with
the final turn (haha,turn 7b...only lasted 2 months.) It is not entirely
self-explaining, however, because there was another document called
"rulings" that listed judgements on the rules and clears up some of the
vauge points...and there was a map...

Also, if the game seems a bit unstable, thats because it was.  It ran fine
for 7 weeks, while I was an omnipotent moderator, but the goal was to
eventually create (through the use of nomic rules) a set of rules that did
not require a moderator...once everyone including me agreed that the rule
set was stable,  I used my "meta rule 0" ability to change rules at whim to
delete meta rule 0 and any references to the "supreme diety"...that was week
6.  the following turn, (the first turn without a moderator) the game
crashed into wild bickering.  sigh.   the title of the ruleset "after the
fall" reflects this shift in the ruleset.
