Hm, I'll leave unitifiaction as it is for the moment. The two proposals work just fine together as is the elements related to the Rber Ducky in 28 do not conflict with those in 30, merely the ones in 28 should no longer be able to trigger. Also since there may be a slight time lag between when both proposals are implemented (assuming both are accepted) it could become possible the protective elements in #28 will be necessary. I don't expect this is will be likely but I'd like to avoid potential issues that can result in game stoppage if at all possible.
