Proposal #30

I'm confused about part of it. It states "Should the Rber Ducky occupy the same square as another unit, building..." but by Rule XII-4 "A single square may not contain units or buildings owned by more than one player." Does the Rber Ducky count as a unit controlled by "the Dark Lord", and thus fall under this, or does it not? I think this should be specified a bit further, and you might want to make it clearer that the Rber Ducky belongs solely to the Dark Lord and isn't [currently] a unit we could ever get.
