Opinions on Proposal #25...

My current proposal [which I had to re-submit again because I noticed yet another stupid little error on it] has received a bit of flack, so I'm trying to gauge how people are taking it. Do any of you have any advice, any comments, any feelings about it? Do you think it just won't work because of Proposal #1? Because I disagree with that sentiment, I think it could work well with it. However, if Proposal 23 is passed, it's new rules on movement would put a damper on it. I really like the part about HP in 23, but the rest of it just seems... un-nomopoly-ish.

But back on the actual topic, how do you feel about the Mario Party proposal?
