My first game and I made a slight mistake so I had to alter my proposal, but I think I have taken care of all possible cases.

@ Le_Roc: Your proposal is very interesting, but I'm not yet sure if I like it. Some of the restrictions seem quite sensible, but I fear it will make the game more boring. Especially the rule with doing the same thing at most ten times is very restrictive and I think too restrictive.
