Hm, lots of split votes

Looks like we have a lot of split votes 5-5, 5-4 etc. Though some near unanomous ones 9-1. I just find this interesting. Oh and just a note to whomever is abstaining from some votes, your vote could very well tip the ballance between acceptance and rejectance.
