Re: Proposal #16

Just a design decision (I did it with the intent to add a different healing ability for units occupying the same square). Although looking back on it, I'm not entirely sure it was the right one to make, since you'd probably just heal using the "same square" heal rather than Orison anyway. I can't recall my train of thought... the hazards of making Proposals late at night, I suppose. Changed.
