Q1) My query is: must it be uppercase q or lowercase Q? Let us see if quorum on this decision can be reached. The first post given would seem to result in it being uppercase Q and lowercase q, both counted equally. But questions could quickly arise, and those sort of affairs should not appear. Especially on such a magnifique (that's French, by the way) occasion as Jeff's birthday. Congraulations! Have a good time (and maybe some coq au vin, too?)
