Hm, I have no issue with someone winning by exploit, I agree that this is likely the only real way for a person to win this game. Certainly anything that requires a player to spend more then 5 days in preparation will likely be nullified by vote before then. The only concern I have with an exploit win is that I want to take advantage of it. I'd hate for my own exploitable rule to be taken advantage of by someone else before I can log in. In the same vein I'm a little hesitant about the scientists because I don't have a lot of confidence in my ability to win through this rule, therefore I am somewhat against it.
The scientists and associate win condition really aren't so bad, I was just mostly concerned about the case in which no one had actually bothered to invest into them until after the win condition was in. Given that there are at least two of us whom seem pretty capable of picking out errors in proposals this is I guess relatively unlikely. But it just seemed to me that it was important to point out the potential quick win scenario to everyone.
