huge problem with Proposal 14?

Zap Orb: "The player who passes it will lose $100 for every space they pass after that space."

I'm assuming you meant: "The player who passes it will lose $100 for every space they pass after that space on that turn."

Assuming my interpretation is correct, you might want to fix this!
