There's a couple of things I'm not fully clear on:
Players may select Rat as a target for non-attack commands (such as Spell Shield, Empathy, etc.)
. If Rat is targetted with a command, do the effects of the command take place? I'm assuming not, since most of the commands wouldn't make sense targetted against Rat (ie. Orison of Healing), but this should probably be specified. At any time, if a player has caused Rat to be imbued with a command, that player may release the command by selecting a new (legal) target for the command (obeying such restrictions as whether a unit is adjacent to Rat, presence of other units/buildings, etc.)
. However, in your example, you specify that the Warrior can be targetted regardless of the relative location of the Monk. Does this mean that the new target for the command can be located anywhere on the board, providing the command issuee is adjacent to Rat? (This isn't specified anywhere in the description, so the default would be that you have to choose a target that is in a legal spot relative to the issuee.)
