I thought I'd also point out rule III.5:
All players are expected to act respectfully and courteously towards other players and the Admin at all times. Repeated violations of this rule will result in the offending player being removed from the game.

I think flooding the action log with Echos (unless you're actually doing something productive with them) would be a clear violation of this rule: you're being a jerk to Jeff (because you're spamming his server with useless commands) and to us (it's a pain to load all of them, and you could be hiding other actions in a list of 500 Echos). I'd wholeheartedly support Jeff if he auto-kicked somebody who needlessly spammed something with no effect (after all, only the first Echo matters).
