Inactive Player

I'm pretty sure Thermos has been inactive for more than 21 days, and as per rule III.4 should have been removed from the game yesterday (if my count is correct). That also means that he wouldn't have been hit by the Duck today, and as such the Bank Account should have less money in it.

Also, I'm curious as to your take on this Jeff: if Valenic remains inactive until the 21 day rule kicks in, would his Fort be removed from the game, or become unowned (or even wierder, owned by a non-existent player)? I just want to know if this is something I should try and "fix" or if it's not necessary.
