Re: For my next trick... err, Proposal: Rest (revisited) and Second Wind (new)

I don't like the addition to Rest. So if I want to leave a certain unit for later, and another player hasn't logged in but has a unit that could oppose me later, then I don't get to have a bonus to commands while he does? Not really fair in my opinion.

So, while under Second Wind, that unit may not in any way have it's actual Rest changed? So a Monk couldn't use Second Wind on one that's cooling down from Second Wind?
