Well the equal case would probably only come up if a command had a cool down time of 3 days. So it would need to be covered but that is a very easy change to make. The multiple attacks/other things was what I was always concerned about with this. Hence why I'm not sure I actually want to propose it, but I thought it would be worth talking about.
