I'd personally prefer The T's suggestion: just make the player lose money, but not move. But moving the Duck instead wouldn't be too bad. Even with a Lightning Bolt staying as is, a player is probably only going to break even on making the Mesmers (since the first Power Drain causes you to break even), and after that most of the players will probably have moved away. After all, if I saw 30 units near the Duck, and a player was closing on $7.5k (enough cash to make 30 Mesmers), I'd probably start checking the site once a day (at a minimum), in order to get away as quickly as possible after the Bolt.

I like the general idea though, I think it's a good implementation of that style of system.
