I would like some elements of the current unit/building system be maintained, but if I make a proposal which removes all units/buildings except for A then it wont please many of those who are against the unit/building concept, because they would like to keep B and repeal A and another one wants C to remain...
So I don't see a way to do this partly and about slow-down: imho this unit/building concept doesn't fit a nomic-game and so from my point of view this discussion is not about corrections on the cirumstances of the players, but whether we keep the unit/building concept or remove it.
