Re: Proposal #10

Hm, currently there is no rule about how quickly a given proposal has to be implemented. Since a proposal, like proposal #1, could be a lot of work to implement I don't think there could be. Jeff has school (though maybe not at the moment), and I presume a life outside of this game so try to be kind to him. It will likely result in more Nomopoly games in the future, and at any rate he'd probably reject a rule giving him a deadline on implementing as "infeasible to implement" at any rate.
