Re: Proposal #46

Well, I'm not exactly concerned with people posting strictly unrelated ideas in the same proposal. But I think I will include a limit on the number of parts that can be included in a single proposal. I think this clears up the fundamental issue that people were all pointing to. Also I'll include a note about Jeff being able to refuse to implement any proposals he feels are misleading through use of BB Code. Any further ideas with the redone version please post a reply!
