Although I'm all for expanding the game, I dislike the rewarding yes votes idea.

The main reason for such feeling is that it might cause people to overlook bad sections of proposals more easily.

I also especially dislike the last section of the proposal. Paying people who voted yes on this proposal. Basically bribing people to vote yes on it.

Another thing, the removal from the game for recieving no yes votes on your proposal is a bit extreme. I realize you can just vote yes on your own proposal to stop this, but I would hate to be removed from the game for simply forgetting to do something like that.

As it is, the game is already expanding at a very fast rate. I'm having a hard time keeping up with all the new rules now.
