Roast Duck Anyone?

I just thought I should point out that, given the current wording of Proposal #32, the duck probably won't be moving much if it passes. Suppose the duck, at the time of the proposal passing, occupies the same square as a unit. Then the Beserk command will immediately be issued. Since it is HIGHLY unlikely that the proposal should be implemented at exactly noon CST, the duck will continue to Berserk until one of two things is true:

1) All other units & buildings occupying the same square as the duck die and/or move off the square.
2) The duck dies.

Now, once all that happens, things will be fine for a while. The next time the duck could move, it will do so just fine. If there are other units/buildings present, it will Berserk twice after 5 days, then move again (unless Jeff chooses to make the Berserk command a higher priority then the move command: could we get a ruling on this please?).

However, this leads to an interesting situation. If the duck were to move to an unoccupied square, a player (or players) could lock the duck from ever moving again. This is done by simply moving a unit onto the same square as the duck for a short period of time, so that the duck is issued the Berserk command just before Saturday noon CST. By sacrificing 10HP per week from one unit to the duck, that player (or players) could keep the duck from moving until it died. When it respawns, just wash, rinse, and repeat. This works because the ONLY time the duck can be issued the move command is Saturday noon CST. If the duck misses this point because it is cooling down, it won't be able to move for at least another week.
