As per Jeff's ruling on the DCM (Proposal #29), the DCM will be able to use it's breath weapon WITHOUT LIMIT! This means that the DCM will be able to kill any player on the same square as it, at the controller's request. As such, I will very emphatically be voting No on this proposal, in an effort to keep the game from devolving into a competition to acquire Dark Cookies through any means.
