I dont think im making my point cleaerly here.

Either that or im missing yours.

The more i think about it, the more different ways I see this working

Exploit block are the only action that can occur mid update. All other actions occur when the update occurs, consequently, any block proposed during that update would already block them.. I think. Jeff can you confirm?

Now I see what this proposal was meant to do.. and why I was so confused. I thought it was already done...

Ok... And yeah, in that case it is an exploit... I think.
