Err.. Thanks. I think. Im wrong far more than you know 8-)

Technically the wya it is worded, The actions are undone. Not prevented. I guess in my mind im trying to keep rules and actions seperated, when there is no need to do so... other than my sanity. Ill just point out the precident. If anyone starts trying to abuse this exploit block rule to get multiple proposals a turn, I encourage everyone to vote against them on principal.
