Well I would hope in that case everyone would vote no. Because if you vote yes to something like that, your opening the door to have it done to you
But then how about, the owner of square XXX loses $5000. Its just as bad. Noone would trade it off you. The only way to avoid being targeted by it would be to have your player reset, or to build yourself a nuclear silo and nuke your own square... which would cost you about 5k anyway.
We dont need players names to target players. In fact, the ONLY way to prevent this kind of proposal is to agree not to make them, and to agree not to vote for them.
Besides, in the example above, Im pretty sure jeff would veto it.
