I have gained 15 additional votes, plus the one I receive anyway, plus one more if I drive to Square #48 again, for a total of 17. Even if everyone else buys a car and drives to Square #48, that will be a total of 6 votes in addition to the 6 there would be anyway, and if all players who have warp bubbles use them that's two more votes, for a total of 14. So I wish you luck with your plan :-)
