If a proposal contains a statement to the effect that it is an emergency proposal, then the prescribed voting period shall be three (3) days. The prescribed voting period for a PCJ shall be five (5) days. The prescribed voting period for any other proposal shall be seven (7) days. The prescribed voting period for a proposal starts at the moment that proposal is placed on the voting noticeboard.
