How Many Votes Are Required to Pass a Proposal
<p>
The number of votes required to pass a proposal which
(a) proposes to transmute a rule
(b) contains a statement to the effect that it is an emergency proposal,
is 2/3 of the votes legally cast within the prescribed voting period.
The number of votes required to pass any other proposal is a simple majority
of the votes legally cast within the prescribed voting period.
