Records of every action which affects either the score of a committee or the amount of currency owned by that committee must be kept for at least a week after the action occurred. These records must be availble to be read within the committee's territory.
# Comments The record should be kept for the sake of the members of the committee, so that they can see who has been doing what to their committee's score. They should be available within the committee territory only, so that members may keep the info private if they wish. If it ever becomes necessary to audit a protected committee, we can create the "Minister w/o portfolio."
