Enact
<p>
  A player may only be registered on a committee's record-
  keeping devices by:
       (1) signing the initial POI, or
       (2) registration by a current committee member.
<p>
  A player may only be deregistered from a committee's record-keeping
  devices when:
       (1) e resigns from the committee,
       (2) e is deregistered from Nomic World, or
       (3) the committee's ords dictate.
