Rule 1267B (???) (Evantine: Mutable) Rule Violations.
Enact Suspension of a Proposal A rule may dictate that a proposal be 'suspended.' A suspended proposal remains on the voting noticeboard indefinitely. Players may still vote or change their vote on the proposal, and the proposer may still retract the proposal, but the proposal cannot be tallied, nor adopted, nor the vote disclosed, unless and until it is unsuspended.
If the proposal is unsuspended before the end of its prescribed voting period, it stays on the notice board and is tallied at the usual time as though it had never been suspended. If a proposal is unsuspended after its prescribed voting period has ended, then it is tallied as soon as possible after being unsuspended.
