Any issues that are currently being appealed will have a 5 day period immediately subsequent to the passage of this proposal in which they may be changed under the PCJ system. All current appeals shall be removed and all Appeal Courts abolished. All current calls for judgement shall be judged within the new system with their currently selected judges (even if these are not experienced players). These judges shall have 5 days to deliver judgement immediately subsequent to the passage of this proposal; these judgements may be changed under the PCJ system. Should the judges fail to pass a judgement within this time then the CFJs will be placed up for application under this system (rule 212).
