Rule 1058 (Geoff: Mutable) Committee Scoring.
Amend 1058
When a proposal passes or fails, the proposer shall have added to their score a number of points equal to the number of votes legally cast for the proposal minus the number of votes legally cast against the proposal, except when a quorum is not achieved on that proposal.
Should a committee no longer be able to score at the time its proposal passes or fails then points normally awarded to the committee shall be divided evenly over all players who were members of the committee immediately prior to the committee becoming unable to score (such as by being dissolved or becoming non-scoring), all fractions shall be truncated. Should a player no longer be able to score at the time their proposal passes or fails then no points shall be gained or lost.
