Title: Wordsmithing

A player may propose an amendment which affects any number of rules, if the sole, stated purpose of that amendment is to correct, clarify, disambiguate, or otherwise improve the wording of the rules without materially changing their game effect.

A single dissenting vote shall be sufficient to defeat such a proposal.
