Title: Benevolent Dictator

In the event of a disagreement between players over the interpretation or application of a rule or rules, the dispute shall be bindingly arbitrated by the player known as SkyCrashesDown. In the context of such arbitration, said player shall be referred to as "Fearless Leader" or "Captain, My Captain."
