first off, vulture, your vote is needed in the free points proposal. Now, acording to rule 114 section 4 subsection b, there are only four players curently active, they are myself, Dr.b, vulture, and of course, sinblox. That is, we are the only four that have posted in the past ten days. So as soon as vulture votes, it will either be a stail mate or be rejected. In either case, I think we should put my proposal to a vote and see where that leads us.
