Title: How to Win
Text: To win you must become a Nomic God.

Don't blame me for this one. I was showing my freind and he is a smart one. He implimented this rule. It must be accepted. According to the rules, there are restrictions and definitions for players but not for non-players. He is clearly not registered in the forum therefore he is a non-player and by saying this rulr is so, it is. Arg.

No, only players can propose rules. The rules place no restrictions on non-players but no benefits either.
